What you are buying

SuprFlow is a voice-to-text application for macOS. When you purchase SuprFlow, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software on your personal devices. This is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or usage limits.

License

• Your license is personal and tied to your email address.
• You may install and use SuprFlow on up to 5 Macs that you personally own.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application.

Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime free updates. All future versions of SuprFlow will be available to you at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change what constitutes a “major version” in the future, but as of today, all updates are included.

System requirements

SuprFlow requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and a Mac with Apple Silicon (M-series chip). Intel-based Macs are not supported. You will need approximately 4 GB of free disk space and an internet connection for the initial download (~2.5 GB). It is your responsibility to verify that your system meets these requirements before purchasing. We clearly state these requirements on our system requirements page and download page.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on your first purchase. Not satisfied? Contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund.

Privacy and data

SuprFlow processes all voice data on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your voice recordings or transcribed text. The only personal data we hold is your email address for license management. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

SuprFlow is a locally installed application. It does not depend on our servers to function. Even if we cease operations, the app will continue to work on your Mac. We provide support via email on a best-effort basis.

Disclaimer

SuprFlow is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Voice recognition accuracy depends on factors including microphone quality, background noise, accent, and language. We do not guarantee perfect transcription in all conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuprFlow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
