The short version
SuprFlow processes your voice entirely on your Mac. We never see, hear, store, or transmit your voice recordings or transcribed text. The app works offline. The only personal information we hold is the email address you provide when purchasing a license.
What SuprFlow does not collect
SuprFlow is built around a simple principle: your data stays on your device. Specifically:
- Voice recordings are processed on-device by WhisperKit and are never transmitted, uploaded, or stored outside your Mac.
- Transcribed text remains on your device. We have no access to anything you dictate.
- Personal dictionary entries, snippets, and preferences are stored locally on your Mac and are not synced to any server.
- Usage analytics and telemetry are not collected. We do not track how you use the app, which apps you use it in, or how often you use it.
What we do store
When you purchase SuprFlow, we collect and store your email address for the following purposes:
- License management: To validate your purchase and deliver your license key.
- Product updates: To notify you of new versions and important changes. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
- Support: To respond if you contact us with questions or issues.
Your email is stored securely and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. The payment processor operates under its own privacy policy.
Offline operation
SuprFlow is designed to work without an internet connection. Voice recognition is powered by WhisperKit, which runs locally on your Mac using Apple Silicon. No network requests are made during normal use of the app. An internet connection is only required for the initial download and license activation.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (your email address and license information).
- Correct any inaccurate information.
- Delete your data. You can request that we permanently remove your email and all associated records from our systems.
- Export your data in a portable format.

Children
SuprFlow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or formatting updates may be made without notice.
